We provide secure, private, in person, virtual, or phone interpretation services, by professional certified medical interpreters & translators, who are fully fluent in both English & Spanish.
All of our medical interpreters are CCHI and NBCMI certified, to ensure your clinic patients receive the most accurate services, while they attend their doctor’s appointments.
Payment:
We accept Medicaid, and a variety of private insurance plans to pay for our services, as well as we accept credit & debit card payments, and co-pays through our patient portal.
Patient Portal:
We offer a secure, online, health portal for your patients in Spanish, that they can use to pay their bill and co-pay, access their appointment medical records of our interpreting services, and request future services.
Appointments:
After an account is created between your clinic and our business, either your staff, or your patient may contact our scheduling department directly to schedule our interpreters to accompany them during their doctor’s appointment.
